This new web course provides practical guidance and knowledge to help you build your skill in business development. It introduces the ‘AIDA’ (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model, which will help you to understand the psychology behind effective business development.
The course is in three parts, each of which includes a video and materials to download. There is a short quiz to test your knowledge, and a certificate of completion can be downloaded once the quiz has been passed.
