Richard Lawson Richard Lawson obtained the degrees of LL.M at the University of Leeds and PhD at the Australian National University. He taught law in New Zealand at the University of Auckland and then at the University of Southampton.
He is currently senior partner in Lawmark, the Marketing law Advisory Service. He has written books on consumer credit, sales promotion and advertising law. His book Exclusion Clauses and Unfair Terms is now in its 12th edition and he has just published a new title called Damages for Breach of Contract. He is also the publisher and editor of the newsletters Purchasing Law Today and Consumer law Today.
