The Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012 has been in place for over 5 years and the procedure and practice that has sprung from the legislation is continually developing.

It will examine registrations for unregistered land and for already registered property in order to ensure that your applications avoid rejection and result in title sheets and plans which will be easily sold on. It will also consider the changes which have happened in registration practice and coverage and how this will impact conveyancing in the future.
