The Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012 has been in place for over 5 years and the procedure and practice that has sprung from the legislation is continually developing.
This practical seminar will look at what you need to do to achieve a registration which is future-proof for your clients. It will examine registrations for unregistered land and for already registered property in order to ensure that your applications avoid rejection and result in title sheets and plans which will be easily sold on. - common areas will be included in title sheets when appropriate
- Keeper-induced registrations are made fit for purpose
- any corrections to registered titles will be effected without problems
- you understand how to amend and update existing registered titles to make them fit for your clients purpose
