With a full understanding of your training objectives, we will develop the perfect training around your learning objectives. We are able to tailor all course content to suit your firm, decide on the level of delivery and methodology to be used, source the perfect expert trainer and create custom materials if needed.
With a large public programme, we may be able to modify an existing course from our extensive programme or design fully bespoke training.
On-site Training can be delivered either at your offices or an external venue on a date that fits around your firm’s business activities. We will ask for feedback from each participant so that we can evaluate the success of your training and ensure objectives were met.
After your training takes place, we will consolidate all participant feedback and arrange an evaluation discussion. This is a chance to reflect on the training delivered, address any particular course feedback and identify areas for future training.
