Social Media: Intellectual Property, Advertising and Consumer Rights
This half-day course looks in detail at four key legal issues relating to social media: copyright, brand protection, advertising and consumer rights. It will be useful for lawyers in private practice advising clients, as well as for in-house lawyers in companies that make extensive use of social media. A basic knowledge of legal issues relating to social and social media will be assumed.
