 Pedro _Ros Pedro Ros – Chief Executive, Wilmington PLC

Pedro Ros joined the Wilmington Board in July 2014 and became Chief Executive in October 2014 following the retirement of Charles Brady.

Pedro has more than 25 years’ international experience running successful organisations in the business intelligence, market information and consumer knowledge sectors.

Until June 2014 he was Head of Strategic Insight at Creston plc, a digitally focused insight and communications group and prior to that he was Global CEO at TNS (WPP), world leader in international market information and business analysis, with a presence in 80 countries.
 Mark Solon Mark Solon – MD Legal Training, Wilmington PLC

Mark is the Managing Director of Wilmington’s legal division of which Central Law Training is a major part. He is responsible for ensuring Central Law Training delivers the best products to its customers and that it changes as the legal services market changes.

Mark started his career as a solicitor in the City of London, then had his own practice in Greenwich and was the founder of Bond Solon Training. He has an MSc Shipping Trade and Finance from the City University and is an Attorney at Law in California. He is a prolific writer on issues around evidence and frequently appears on TV and radio. He has worked in the Wilmington Group for over 10 years.

Outside work Mark enjoys spending time with his four children, running, yoga and classical guitar.
 Lucy Morrison Lucy Morrison – Managing Director, Central Law Training

Lucy joined Central Law Training in September 2011 and heads a team of experienced lawyers developing courses, conferences and webinars. She is also responsible for Central Law Training's litigation programme.

Lucy studied English at Cambridge and after the CPE and LPC trained at Clarke Willmott.  On qualification she joined Wragge & Co where she worked for 10 years in the commercial litigation team. Lucy advised across a wide range of commercial disputes but has particular experience of litigation involving directors duties. Lucy was the lead fee earner in the Court of Appeal case of Wragg v Partco Group Limited involving claims against former plc directors in fraud and negligence. She also acted for the Secretary of State in directors disqualification proceedings for 10 years.

Lucy has always had a strong interest in training and education, reinforced by her time spent as a trustee at Warwick University Students Union and was excited at the opportunity to join Central Law Training, which she has always regarded as the leading provider of legal professional training.
