This course focusses on improving practical negotiation skills, taking you through both preparing for and conducting the negotiation itself.
Through a combination of practical advice and discussions, we will look at planning and structuring negotiations, identifying optimal outcomes, negotiation styles and strategies and how to choose an appropriate approach for a particular negotiation. We will then go on to look at how to conduct a negotiation, looking in depth at improving communication skills, using effective questioning, dealing with nerves and making and responding to offers.
