Mr Colin Paul qualified as a solicitor and practised in the City for over 30 years. This included being at Linklaters before spending 10 years inhouse with leading investment banks in charge of transaction management and documentation and subsequently being a banking group partner at S J Berwin. He has specialised in debt finance including loans, eurobonds, repacking and structure finance, euroequity and swaps. He currently lectures on the LPC at the University of the West of England and on the LLM at SOAS, University of London.
