Lecturers
Martyn Frost FCIB TEP is a consultant with the estates and trusts department of Lane-Smith & Shindler LLP in Manchester and formerly Head of Fiduciary Standards for Barclays Bank Trust Company. Martyn was recently Deputy Chair of STEP, an editor of the Trust Quarterly Review and the Wills and Trusts Law Reports.
Toby Harris LLB CTA TEP practiced for 30 years as a solicitor and now practices as a Chartered Tax Advisor and Trust and Estate Practitioner. Toby is Chairman of the STEP Estates and Trusts Committee. Toby drafted the original course material for the STEP Taxation of Trusts and Estates Diploma paper and has published widely.
