Karen Battersby is the Director responsible for the In House Training and Professional Consultancy Division.
Karen is a solicitor (now non-practising) who was formerly Head of Commercial Know-How and Training at Eversheds, Head of Legal at Tarmac Construction, and a Legal Director of Lucas Varity plc. Karen has extensive training and speaking experience and is a recognised authority on knowledge management.

Helen Swaffield is a Programme Development Legal Consultant.
As a Barrister with 20 years experience in commercial litigation, Helen continues to work with government bodies and leading firms of solicitors on a range of commercial, litigation and in-house projects. Helen is the editor of the Commercial Litigation Journal published by Legalease.

Lucy Davies, is the Manager responsible for the In House Training and Professional Consultancy Division.
As well as being responsible for the In House Account Managers and administration team, Lucy visits firms to ascertain clients training needs and assists in putting training programmes together as well as compiling tenders and Marketing. Lucy also handles training requirements for clients with firm names A–E and Sd-F. She ensures appropriate speakers are matched with the needs of our clients and offers excellent customer service.

Hayley Reeves, is an Account Manager within the In House Training and Professional Consultancy Division.
Hayley analyses training requirements for clients with firm names G-Sc, putting together substantive training programmes. She ensures appropriate speakers are matched with the needs of our clients and offers excellent customer service.

Georgina Wilson, is the Administrator for In House Training and Professional Consultancy Division.
Georgina provides administrative support to the Account Managers in the department. Georgina also has the responsibility of administering the day to day running of the In house courses ensuring they run smoothly.
