Performance; agreement; frustration and breach; remedies for breach and calculation of damages; liquidated damages and penalty clauses
Sale of goods: With particular reference to retention of title passing of property and risk; implied terms and exemption thereof; the rights of the seller and buyer
Agency: The concept and types of agency agreement; appointment and authority including ratification. An agent's duties to his principal, particularly those of good faith. The principal's remedies for breach, a principal's duties to his agent
