The Public Law Outline had been revised. The President's Interim Guidance has been replaced with the Arrangements to assist CAFCASS. CAFCASS is still struggling to keep up. The Media have access to the family courts. The Family Procedure Rules have been revised. Never has it been more important for you to keep up to date with the myriad of changes that are underway. This course will deal with the issues that impact on your day to day practice and review the most recent case law. The topics covered will include:-
