- Update/Intermediate *3 hours CPD
This course is an update for those who already have some knowledge of Agricultural Law. It will deal primarily with the drafting of clauses for inclusion in tenancies, and certain other deeds and land holding arrangements and will include consideration of contracts for the sale of freehold agricultural property (details of all of which are set out below) required as a result of the Single Payment Scheme created by the recent CAP Reforms.
It will also consider the making of an application for succession to the tenancy of an agricultural holding under the AHA 1986 on the death of a tenant, and highlight differences between an application on the death and retirement of the tenant. Advice will be given on the completion of the requisite forms, copies of which will be included in the delegate pack.
