Attention will be given to Contemporaneous Records and Statements - Hostile Witnesses - Hearsay and S23 to S28 Criminal Justice Act - Submissions - Voire Dire - s76 & s78 PACE - Similar Fact Evidence - Character - Corroboration - The European Perspective.
