This company law update course details the latest developments in company law, including a brief overview of the Companies Act 2006 and the advances made regarding its implementation (there are numerous provisions for which delegated legislation is still to be made). This course will not concentrate on the key changes being brought into effect by the new Companies Act (which are the subject matter of another CLT course: “The Companies Act 2006 in Practice”), but it will concentrate on other exciting and recent developments of company law through the courts and through delegated legislation, including:
