Green Leases: The Business Case - A Guide for Practitioners

Many Practitioners remain resolutely sceptical about the sustainability agenda and green leases. Change is coming. Clients are beginning to realise the benefits for both parties in lower occupational costs for occupiers and reductions in voids and improved lease renewal rates for landlords. Property professionals will need to understand the impact of these changes on their day to day work.
