John Bennett 
is a consultant for Eversheds LLP in their company/commercial department. He is a specialist in delivering innovative and complex arrangements where public sector policy issues interact with commercial requirements. He has worked with the Cabinet Office/Office for Civil Society in dealing with the legal issues in developing the Commissioning/Big Society agenda. He is joint editor of Public Procurement - : Law and Practice and former editor or a range of other practitioner works such as The Encyclopaedia of Local Government Law.
