A course aimed at all commercial lawyers, which refreshes and updates the key points of contract law in a practical context. What does the client want? What will the other side accept? Will the court support all the contractual terms? Delegates will consider the following core issues using practical examples, whilst reviewing any relevant recent contract case law:

Ed Davies is a legal learning and development professional who has designed, written and delivered courses for the leading law schools, commercial know-how providers and independently. Following an academic background in law and economics he qualified as a solicitor in the City, working for Freshfields, Olswang and the FSA. He later worked extensively with the Practical Law Company as a freelance training consultant. His specialisations include company law, corporate compliance, corporate finance and contract law.
