Ed Davies is a legal learning and development professional who has designed, written and delivered courses for the leading law schools, commercial know-how providers and independently. Following an academic background in law and economics he qualified as a solicitor in the City, working for Freshfields, Olswang and the FSA. He later worked extensively with the Practical Law Company as a freelance training consultant. His specialisations include company law, corporate compliance, corporate finance and contract law.
