The introduction of a company constitution and new model articles of association under the Companies Act 2006 has had a radical effect on traditional form of shareholder’s agreements. This course looks at the content, form and style of shareholders’ agreements against the background of the company’s constitution with particular reference to ‘quasi-partnership’ companies.
