Course Overview
This course is the first day of a 2 day series designed for fee earners with little or no knowledge of Commercial Property Law. The days can be attended separately or as a series. This comprehensive programme aims to provide a firm grounding in the essential law and practice area.
It will enable more junior staff to give increased support to more experienced fee earners, enabling them to delegate more tasks and thus improve productivity.
The course will also be of benefit to those fee earners moving into a commercial property department for the first time.
In addition to the course notes there will be a series of checklists, flowcharts and "main problem areas" sheets, with suggested compromise positions. There will also be video material including interviews with the relevant parties and experts to illustrate the issues encountered.
