This course is designed for family practitioners who carry out matrimonial work who would like to know more about how their orders and agreements are implemented by their conveyancing colleagues.

This course will cover the key conveyancing aspects of matrimonial property transfers. It is designed to help the family lawyer when drafting a consent order and will highlight the main pitfalls and property issues which can cause difficulty, delay or increased costs in a matrimonial transfer.
