This is a course which sets out the current principles of negotiation and develops the practical skill of the delegate through a series of case studies and workshops. As a result of participation throughout the sessions the delegate will gain an improved negotiation technique. The course also introduces the delegate to the latest developments in Alternative Dispute Resolution particularly in the light of the Jackson reforms and employment law changes.
