Richard Norman was Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs, EMEA and India to Dell Inc, where he created and managed the 40-strong European legal department team from inception. Richard is a solicitor and has previously held positions as a company lawyer with Grand Metropolitan plc and Hoover.

Mark Prebble worked for 20 years as an in-house lawyer for companies in the UK and Europe. In 1998 he left The BOC Group plc, where he was Group Legal Advisor, to set up Lawyers in Business, an organisation dedicated to support and develop in-house lawyers.
