This course, presented in workshop format, is intended to increase the confidence of defendant practitioners to deal with schedules and counter-schedules, while at the same time keeping an eye on periodical payments. It also demonstrates how a proper analysis of a claimant's schedule can assist in reserving a claim. Delegates will have the opportunity to consider and discuss typical heads of claim and how they should respond to them when preparing a counter-schedule. This will include a review of the impact on multipliers of the 6th edition of the Ogden Tables.
