Jonathan Whittaker is a Partner and Head of Employment Law at Legal 500 firm SAS Daniels LLP in Cheshire. His is one of the largest employment departments in the North of England and both he and his department are rated as a “leading firm” and “leading individual” in Chambers. He has specialised in employment law for over 25 years and appears as a regular advocate before Employment Tribunals throughout the UK. Jonathan is also an accredited Commercial and Employment Law Mediator and an employment law expert on the Law Society’s Negligence Panel.
