This course is intended to cover the spectrum of pre-emptive remedies such as freezing injunctions and search orders as well as looking at the range of options open to litigators to harry the opposition and deliver the pre-emptive strike before trial. The course will explore tactics, new ways of using the existing tools at our disposal and discuss ways to achieve the objective all litigators want without having to embrace the vagaries of the trial. If, despite all this, you do end up at trial, a few tips and tricks to skew the balance in your favour. This course is designed for those who act for both claimants and defendants and assumes some litigation experience.
