- Sources of finance for companies
- Implications for the borrower
- Types of loan facility – bilateral, syndicated, term loan, overdraft and revolving credit facility
- The lending process
- Documentation – term sheet, opinion letters and loan documentation
- Particular provisions of the loan agreement, including representatives and warranties, financial covenants and events of default
