This practical advocacy course will cover all aspects of a contested case.

In addition to advice and guidance on advocacy techniques, the course will include a case study concerning a baby with alleged NAI and role play of examination in chief and cross examination.

The course will be limited to a maximum of 20 delegates to ensure the opportunity for delegate participation.

Jane Rayson is a practising barrister exclusively in family law from 4 Paper Buildings. She is the co-author of Blackstone's Guide to the Family Law Act 1996 and the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Cambridge University Press). Jane is an advocacy trainer for Gray's Inn.
