This course will provide a complete update on the major implications of the new Consumer Credit Act 2006, which is due to come to force progressively. The course will explain the system and regime established by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, and the major changes which have been introduced by the 2006 Act.

- How the system of standard and group licences has changed
- The information sheets which must be provided to those who are in arrears
