Recommended for all candidates who will take the Level 1 Accreditation AND Level 1 Re-Accreditation exams.

This course will provide final preparation for candidates who will take level 1 caseworker accreditation through:

• Explaining the Law Society/LSC standards and accreditation tests
• Revising key knowledge areas
• Group study of problem questioning and drafting exercises
• Practising interviewing skills
• Self-marked mock tests
• Refreshing examination technique

Miran Uddin 
Miran Uddin, is a solicitor. He specialised in immigration and asylum law for several years and has also practiced in professional regulation. He is an approved assessor on the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme and an SRA approved assessor for the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test. He also sits as a Panellist on the Nursing & Midwifery Council’s Conduct & Competence Committees. He has previously been a lecturer in law.
