• The New Rome Regulation
• Choice of Law clauses - how to construe and apply them?
• Presumptions where there is no choice of law agreement
• Proof of foreign law

Jason Chuah 
PhD LLM (Cantab) Cert in Export (Distinction) is Professor of International Commercial Law at the University of Westminster. He has held visiting appointments at Cambridge University and University College London. Jason has published extensively (including two books on Private International Law) and is editor of “Shipping and Trade Law”, “Journal of International Trade and Regulation”, “Journal of International Maritime Law”, “European Commercial Contract Law Journal” and “International Company and Commercial Law Review”.
