This course is aimed at paralegal and other non-admitted staff starting out in criminal law. It may also be useful for anyone wishing to refresh or deepen their knowledge in this area.
This course is essentially practical and begins with the fundamentals, working through the key rules of evidence and their exceptions, which the well-equipped police station rep needs to be aware of. It is an essential starting point for understanding the type and range of issues that police station advisors will need to consider.
