Fiona Cadwaladr worked for many years as a social worker and then manager for Cornwall County Council and in 1998 she joined the Cornwall Panel of Guardians ad Litem and Reporting Officers. She continues to work as a self employed Children's Guardian. Fiona is an approved trainer for Cafcass, Kate Cairns Associates and Barnardos. She is currently writing study modules for the Masters in Social Work Qualification for Manchester Metropolitan University where she occasionally acts as a guest lecturer.
