You cannot do everything yourself. Without delegating, the risk of personal error increases dramatically. Delegating badly could increase your risk of error even more. However, whether you are a fee- earning team leader, or simply rely on others occasionally to assist you, learning the skill of effective delegation can improve your efficiency, productivity and profitability.

To understand the benefits and overcome the fears of delegating. To identify personal strengths and weaknesses in delegating. To learn and put into practice the process for effective delegation.

  • Supervision as a key risk management function
Course outcome:

Participants will return to work with a renewed confidence in their delegation capabilities and a model process for ensuring that delegated work is done effectively in a well risk managed environment.
