In this course we will discuss the requirements of Conduct rule 5 in relation to overseeing your staff and how to enjoy doing so! In particular we will consider risk in relation to staff matters, recognise how to use best what is in place already, help you to understand and use your personal skills, and how to share the burden and help your staff enjoy working with the firm and you!
