Karen is a solicitor (now non-practising) who was formerly Head of Commercial Know-How and Training at Eversheds, Head of Legal at Tarmac Construction, and a Legal Director of Lucas Varity plc. Karen has extensive training and speaking experience and is a recognised authority on knowledge management.

Helen Swaffield is a Programme Development Legal Consultant.
As a Barrister with 20 years experience in commercial litigation, Helen continues to work with government bodies and leading firms of solicitors on a range of commercial, litigation and in-house projects. Helen is the editor of the Commercial Litigation Journal published by Legalease.

As well as being responsible for the In House Account Managers and administration team, Lucy visits firms to ascertain clients training needs and assists in putting training programmes together as well as compiling tenders and Marketing.
