CLT In House and Training Consultancy have developed a number of structured training programmes for training 0-3 year PQE lawyers in areas of law and business development. These programmes have proved popular with both law firms and corporates.

Benefits of choosing a CLT Structured Programme

The structured programme of 6 - 9 sessions delivered face to face will enable fee earners of 0-3 PQE to engage in developing the skills and knowledge required to become effective practitioners in this field.

The method of delivery is highly practical with teaching through real life exercises and case studies. The programme is aimed at solicitors within their first three years of qualification or those who are new to the practice area and looking to refresh their knowledge.

Offered across a number of key areas, the structured programme is available on an in-house basis or for those firms with fewer eligible delegates by joining a local structured programme with fee earners from other firms.

It has been designed using the extensive experience of CLT’s speakers and is delivered by practitioners using comprehensive materials with the objective of increasing the effectiveness of the delegates to their law firm at an earlier stage.
