Over his 18 years working in local government, he has been involved in a wide variety of enforcement matters. He currently works as a solicitor and non-practising Barrister for Horsey Lightly Fynn Solicitors and has a nationwide practice specialising primarily in Licensing, Safety, Health and Pollution regulatory law.
