She sits on the Office of the Public Guardian’s Stakeholder’s Forum and Court of Protection User’s Group and was closely involved in the preparation of the 2009 Lasting Power of Attorney forms and the review of the Court of Protection Rules.

John  Bunker is a solicitor and chartered tax adviser with Thomas Eggar LLP where he is the private client training partner and co-ordinator of 5 technical committees for the private client group. John has 25 years’ experience of will and trust drafting, UK estate and tax planning, and the affairs of the elderly and has extensive experience of working with fee-based financial planners and investment managers. He uses his practical experience to illuminate technical issues. John has for more than 15 years been responsible for his firm’s in-house will precedents and has in the last 2 years led a project working with PLC on additions to their will precedents.

She is a specialist dealing with the complex legal issues surrounding trusts and estates and advises on all aspects of trust taxation and capital taxes with particular emphasis on high net worth individuals.
